COLLECTION AND STORAGE

First and last name, email address, telephone number, social media profiles, job title, department and seniority, company name and website, address, device’s IP address (stored in a de-identified format), device type, operating system and browser type, device location (general region), referring URL and domain and other personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject.

ENRICHMENT

First and last name, company name, job title, phone number, email address, company address, bio, photograph, professional information (employment, domain, title, (sub-)role within the company and seniority, device’s IP address (stored in a de-identified format), device location (general location), different types of social media data and various company information (nonpersonal data)

Legal ground: Consent of the data subject

TRACKING

Tracking of the behaviour of the data subject related to (i) our content (e.g. documents, content pages and videos), (ii) our website; and, (iii) emails we send you.

Engagement analytics based on the tracking of the behaviour. The types of behaviour analysed include (but are not limited to): which website was visited and how often, which content was viewed and downloaded, which emails were opened, viewing duration of website/content/emails, links clicked on website/content/emails and the visit dates.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Processing by the third-party shall be governed by a contract or other legal act under Union or Member State law, that obligates the third-party to handle or process your personal data at least as restrictive as Happy Selling Ltd itself and that sets out (i) the subject-matter and duration of the processing, (ii) the nature and purpose of the processing, (iii) the type of personal data, (iv) categories of data subjects and (v) the obligations and rights of the third party and Happy Selling Ltd.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is, however, possible that Happy Selling Ltd discloses your personal data:

  • To the competent authorities (i) if Happy Selling Ltd is obliged to do so under the law or under legal or future legal proceedings, and (ii) to safeguard and defend our rights.

  • To the party taking over Happy Selling Ltd, if Happy Selling Ltd, or the majority of its assets, is taken over by said third party, in which case your personal data – which Happy Selling Ltd has collected – shall be one of the transferred assets.
